Absa Bank Uganda is seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead our Financial Management function. The successful candidate will oversee all financial reporting, treasury operations, and regulatory compliance for the bank. You will work closely with the Board, Audit Committee, and Group Finance in Johannesburg to ensure world-class financial governance.

Key responsibilities include: leading a team of 15 finance professionals, owning the monthly and annual financial statements, managing relationships with external auditors and regulators, driving the annual budget and forecasting process, and presenting financial performance to the Board quarterly.
