MTN Uganda is looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to support our Technology and Digital division of 400+ employees. This is a high-impact role where you will partner directly with the CTO and technology leadership team to drive talent strategy, organisational effectiveness, and culture transformation.

You will lead talent reviews, drive succession planning, manage employee relations, and be the face of HR for our technology teams as we accelerate our digital transformation agenda.
