Stanbic Bank Uganda seeks a creative and passionate Learning & Development Lead to design and deliver world-class learning experiences for our 1,200+ employees. This role sits within the HR function and reports to the Head of Human Capital.

You will own the bank's learning strategy, manage our e-learning platform, design leadership development programmes, and partner with business leaders to identify skills gaps and build targeted solutions.
