Job description

TotalEnergies EP Uganda is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee all health, safety, and environmental activities for our Tilenga upstream development project. This is a senior leadership role with responsibility for a team of 12 HSE professionals and direct interface with government regulators including NEMA and PEPD.

The successful candidate will develop and implement HSE management systems, conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and ensure full regulatory compliance across our exploration and production activities.
