Job description
Radisson Blu Hotel Nairobi Upper Hill is seeking an exceptional General Manager to lead our 271-room 5-star property. This is a flagship leadership role within the Radisson Hotel Group Africa portfolio, reporting to the Area Vice President.
You will be responsible for full hotel P&L, guest experience strategy, talent leadership, and owner relations. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience turning around or elevating hotel performance in the East African market.
Requirements
Minimum 12 years hospitality experience with 3 as a GM
Degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent
Experience with Radisson or major international brand preferred
Proven ability to manage owner relationships
Strong financial acumen and revenue management experience
