Job description
Airtel Uganda is seeking a transformational Head of Customer Experience to lead our end-to-end CX strategy across digital, retail, and contact centre touchpoints. This is a senior executive role reporting to the CEO.
You will own the Voice of the Customer programme, NPS improvement strategy, and customer journey redesign for Airtel's 8 million subscribers in Uganda.
Requirements
Minimum 7 years CX or customer management experience
Proven track record of improving NPS and customer satisfaction scores
Experience in telecoms, banking, or digital services preferred
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
